Jane's yoga journey continues with her sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with her students.  Her style of teaching focuses on ensuring precision in postures (where appropriate) and encouraging students to extend their potential and work through their limitations. As Jane says, your health is your wealth, so why isn't everyone doing yoga! We need to be proactive to look after ourselves. I love Jane's classes (Julie)

Since starting yoga with Jane I have felt so much better not just physically but mentally too, I am in the menopause and believe that since joining Janes yoga classes my menopausal symptoms are less intense and I feel the meditation at the end of the yoga session is very beneficial too (Ali)
